I took in 1294 calories and 120 oz water. I tried these for the first time tonight -- I've heard about them for a while, and finally decided to give them shot:

The nutrition information is for half a package, but they're only 40 calories for the whole thing! I just mixed in some Low Sodium Chicken Bouillon with some Parmesan Cheese - nothing special - and it wasn't bad! It was a little more firm than I usually like my spaghetti, but that might just be because I've never cooked them before... :} Of course it won't beat real spaghetti, but it makes for a decent substitute!
I keep reading about these but can't seem to find them anywhere. If I ask someone at the grocery store, they've never heard of them. WHERE are they?! LOL
ReplyDeleteMrs. D, I found them in the refrigerated section of the Health Food area in the grocery store. It's a pretty large health food area, and they were still very easy to overlook!
