After I got home from work tonight, I talked myself out of exercising. And then I put on my exercise clothes and picked out a DVD and put it in and did it anyway.
It helped that the Hubster wasn't around, and I hadn't sat down yet for the evening - I had just enough momentum going to do it. It was a new DVD to me, and it focused more on strength-types of exercises than having as much cardio I was expecting, but I'm still glad I got moving, rather than just parking myself on the couch for the evening. Go, Me!
So it turned out to be a good day. I had 1344 calories and only 104 oz water, along with my usual coffee. I did about 45 minutes of the DVD - the Level 1 section, because it was new to me. I'm not sure I would've had the energy to do Level 2!
I have to say "Thank You" to The Ninja - she gave me the Stylish Blogger Award! I will have to take some time to think of the 7 things about me I want to share, as well as the people I want to pass it on to, and post about it tomorrow - I need to finally sign off and go to bed. ;}
